  We are committed to keeping our clients up to date and informed while proactive approach, keeping delays and interruptions to a minimum. Many of our services are provided with preferred contractors with whom we have had long relationships with but we can also oversee and coordinate with other contractors and vendors to provide a complete project.

 We are knowledgeable and up to date about zoning restrictions and building code requirements to ensure timely and on-budget completion of the project and we are dedicated to being responsive and cost-efficient throughout the project management process.

  
  As part of our project management process, bsq Landscape Architects will  typically provide:

 a dedicated project manager for your specific project and account
A detailed outline for project maturity and completion within budget with scheduled deliverables, material procurements and storage
bid administration and tendering along with project award and start-up
management of all trades associated with the project scope of work
cost reviews, payment certification and on-going, thorough assessments of the work
As-built drawings, maintenance recommendations and warranty information
