bsq Landscape Architects can assist with all aspects of site Landscape design, development and planning to meet requirements for the current Version 4 of the Toronto Green Standard.

We will liaise with both the client and the consultant team to ensure that required performance measures will be met and that compliance will be documented and demonstrated throughout the planning approval process for all types of developments for Low-Rise Residential Version 4, Mid to High-Rise Residential & Non-Residential Version 4 Residential apartment development 4 storeys and higher and all Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) developments.
