bsq Landscape Architects can provide full services for the Landscape Design, Detailed Design and Contract Administration of large scale landscape projects including residential, commercial and multi-unit developments, residential estates, parks, schoolyards, campuses and retirement developments. We are experienced with rooftop membrane replacment projects and can assist with the coordination and planning for these retrofit projects.
We develop solutions that merge the specialized knowledge of our clients and their consultants with our professional expertise as Landscape Architects. We can provide detailed site assessments and analysis in conjunction with specialist consultants such as architects, engineers, urban planners, arborists and hydrologists.
bsq Landscape Architects can assist with all aspects of site Landscape design, development and planning
to meet requirements for the current Version 4 of the Toronto Green Standard.
We will liaise with both the client and the consultant team to ensure that required performance measures will be met and that compliance
will be documented and demonstrated throughout the planning approval process for all
types of developments for Low-Rise Residential Version 4, Mid to High-Rise Residential & Non-Residential Version 4
Residential apartment development 4 storeys and higher and all Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) developments.
