We typically start any project with a visit to your space, gathering key details for a seamless project experience. We document grading information, site measurements, and details of your existing landscape. We perform preliminary zoning enquiries and incorporate available surveys or architectural drawings to prevent unexpected surprises that could delay your project or incur additional costs.

3D Rendering & Conceptual Design
We use 3D rendering to garner collaboration and help polish your design and the overall layout of your project during additional review meetings. Master Plans & Preliminary Budgets
You receive detailed working plans and preliminary budget breakdowns, assisting in finalizing design and planning for various project phases. Our landscape plans also include a comprehensive planting plan with specifications for trees, perennials, shrubs, ground covers, and ornamental grasses, ensuring beautiful garden beds that complement the overall design.
Permits, Applications & Zoning Enquiries
We will thoroughly review our client's program to determine if there might be any regulatory obligations that may need to be satisfied through zoning enquiries, building permits and/or clearances from Urban Forestry, Conservation Authorities and other applicable municipal jurisdictions. Some examples of these potential elements include custom walls, structures and steps, built-in BBQ areas or outdoor kitchens, pergolas or gazebos and new spas or water features.
Planting Plan
Typically the final element for our landscape design plans is the provision of a planting plan, showing plant type and quantity of suggested tree(s), perennials, shrubs, ground covers and ornamental grasses including any new or reshaped garden beds. This plan considers the aesthetic of each of the plantings, along with shade and sun spots, soil types, the surrounding landscape design, and more.
